How to place an order

We are happy to announce the we now accept credit card orders.

To place an order, contact us either by email at Mongol@NYCMongol.com (do NOT send credit card info by email) or by phone at (718) 984-8736. We will confirm that we have your desired items in stock and calculate shipping and, for New York State residents, any applicable sales tax. We will also answer any questions you may have. Credit card orders will be taken by phone. We also accept Check or Money Order made out to "Kallisti Publishing, Inc." and will ship upon receipt of payment. A $25 fee will be charged for checks returned for any reason. Payment should be mailed to the following address:

We reserve the right to change our policies at any time.

Guarantee

It is our policy to be sure that the customer receives the product as ordered. If you get something that is damaged on receiving it, we will replace it. We will replace clothing as well if they don't fit, especially for custom measurements, or not the colors agreed on. We alternately will give a full refund,less shipping. Items must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. 15% Restocking fee applies if the items returned after 30 days.

We will NOT replace items that are damaged through wear.

Custom Orders

We gladly accept custom orders for clothing. Contact us and we will send you what measurements are needed - please send all measurements in centimeters. Allow four to eight weeks for delivery of all custom orders as they must be made and shipped from Mongolia.

We are also happy to investigate any special requests. If you are in search of cultural items from Mongolia, musical instruments or wool blankets or things we normally would not keep in stock, we can probably find it and offer a price before ordering them.
